JobsWorldwide.site is a job placement intermediary. We collect candidate profiles and distribute them to pre-vetted partner employers in the candidate's selected job category. JobsWorldwide.site does not guarantee employment. We facilitate matches; final hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorised to work in the United States to use this platform. By submitting an application, you warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete.
JobsWorldwide.site operates on a success-based fee model:
The service fee is non-refundable once employment has commenced. If employment ends within 30 days of start date due to JobsWorldwide.site's error in matching, a partial fee review may be requested.
JobsWorldwide.site is not a party to any employment contract between a candidate and a hiring company. Salary, benefits, and employment terms are negotiated exclusively between the candidate and the employer. JobsWorldwide.site does not guarantee salary levels, job titles, or employment duration.
Each application submission covers one job category. Submitting an application constitutes consent for your profile to be distributed to all active employers in that category. If you wish to be considered for multiple categories, you must contact JobsWorldwide.site separately.
All content on this website — including design, text, logos, and structure — is the property of JobsWorldwide.site and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Candidate-submitted documents remain the property of the candidate.
JobsWorldwide.site's total liability to any candidate shall not exceed the service fee paid, if any. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform, failure to secure employment, or actions of partner employers.
JobsWorldwide.site reserves the right to reject, withdraw, or terminate any application at its discretion, including where false or misleading information has been provided.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Travis County, Texas.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version is effective upon posting. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
